Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Baller Knowledge UK LTD (company number SC883998, registered in Scotland), operating BuckshireAI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using BuckshireAI you accept these terms.

BuckshireAI is a software-as-a-service training platform for estate agents. It includes training modules, an AI tutor, a community, performance tools, and an affiliate program.

We update BuckshireAI continuously. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We'll give reasonable notice of material removals.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• One account per person. Don't share your account with colleagues — buy them their own.
• The information you give us must be accurate.

• Tier 1 is £49 per month, billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues to the end of the current billing period.
• We don't generally refund partial months. If something has gone seriously wrong, email us and we'll sort it.
• Prices may change. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase to your subscription.
• VAT is applied where required by law.

You agree NOT to:

• Use BuckshireAI for anything illegal, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell our training content. The content is licensed to you for personal use only.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the platform.
• Submit content to the AI tutor or community that you don't have the right to share, or that contains other people's personal data without their consent.
• Use automated tools to flood, probe, or extract data from the service.
• Pose as someone you're not, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We can suspend or close accounts that breach this. For serious breaches we may do so without notice and without refund.

You keep ownership of anything you submit (notes, performance data, messages). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it so we can run the service for you.

You also grant us the right to use anonymised, aggregated data derived from your usage to improve the AI tutor and produce industry reports — see our Privacy Policy for the detail.

All training content, AI prompts, software, designs, and the BuckshireAI and Baller Knowledge brands belong to Baller Knowledge UK LTD or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own training. Nothing here transfers ownership.

The AI tutor is a coaching aid. It can be wrong. It's not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Don't rely on it for compliance with property law in your jurisdiction — check with a qualified professional.

Affiliates earn commission on paid signups attributed to their referral link. The default rate is 30% of the referred user's subscription, paid monthly while the referred user remains a paying subscriber. We may adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice.

You may not promote BuckshireAI via spam, paid search on our brand terms, or by misrepresenting the product. We can claw back commissions earned through fraud or breach of these terms.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, security, or upgrades — we'll give notice where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded under UK law.

Subject to that:

• We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or loss of data.
• Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
• BuckshireAI is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that using it will produce any specific business outcome.

You can cancel and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We can terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where appropriate.

On termination your access ends. Provisions about IP, liability, and governing law survive.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you and announced in-app. If you keep using BuckshireAI after a change you accept the new version. If you don't agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
