The short version
We collect what we need to run BuckshireAI — your account info, your progress, and your usage of the platform. We use that data to give you the service, and we use it in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our AI tutor and create industry reports.
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
You can export everything, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings.
Who we are
BuckshireAI is operated by Baller Knowledge UK LTD, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC883998). We're the data controller for any personal data we collect about you.
Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@ballerknowledge.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed, obviously), agency name, country, team size.
- Onboarding answers: your biggest sales pain, your 90-day goals.
- Usage data: which modules you complete, what you ask the AI tutor, how often you sign in, what you click.
- Performance data (only if you share it): deal counts, listings won, viewings booked — only the figures you choose to record.
- Affiliate data: your affiliate code, the people who signed up via your link, commissions earned.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- Run the service: sign you in, deliver training, run the AI tutor, take payments, pay affiliates.
- Improve the AI tutor (anonymised): we use stripped-of-identifiers conversation data to make the tutor better at coaching estate agents. Your name, agency, and any identifiers are removed before training.
- Aggregated industry reports: we publish reports on what works in estate-agent sales. These are built from aggregated, anonymised data — never your individual record.
- Product emails: only if you opt in during onboarding. Unsubscribe at any time.
- Marketing emails: only if you opt in during onboarding. Unsubscribe at any time.
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do NOT share identifiable data with advertisers, brokers, or anyone else for their own marketing.
Legal basis (for the GDPR fans)
- Contract: we process account, billing, and usage data because we need it to provide the service you signed up for.
- Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest: for security, fraud prevention, and improving the product (using anonymised data only).
Who we share it with
- Supabase — database & authentication hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- AI model providers — to run the AI tutor. Conversations sent to providers are not used by them to train their general models.
- Email provider — to send transactional emails (and marketing if you opted in).
- Authorities — only if compelled by law.
Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open, plus 30 days after you delete it (in case you change your mind).
- Billing records: 7 years (UK tax law).
- Anonymised, aggregated data: indefinitely — once it's anonymised it's no longer your personal data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — see what we hold about you.
- Export — get a copy in a portable format (JSON, available from your account settings).
- Correct — fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete — wipe your account permanently. Available from your account settings.
- Withdraw consent — turn off any optional processing at any time.
- Object / restrict — ask us to stop or limit how we process your data.
- Complain — to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've got it wrong.
To exercise any of these, head to your account settings or email hello@ballerknowledge.co.uk.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is limited to the small number of people who need it to run the service. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — even we can't see them.
International transfers
Some of our providers (Stripe, AI providers) operate outside the UK. When that happens we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to keep your data protected to UK standards.
Children
BuckshireAI is for working professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll email you and update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
